My Works
-
Shot Charts
Using Python, I am able to import any size of dataset and then plot every shot attempt from a player. Then, I can visually show each one taken on a court.
-
Heat Maps
With Python again, I similarly import a dataset, plot the data, but this time assign makes and misses different color sets to visualize a players’ best zones on a court.
-
Strengths/Weaknesses
I am able to pinpoint a players strengths and weaknesses. This is not to criticize, this is only to help you become a better player.
-
Scouting Reports
This is where it all began, from a few words to a whole article, I can easily describe what a player does best on the floor. Reports are uploaded on here or on X.
-
Team Analysis
Ever wanted to know the numbers behind your squad? Sure you can find your PPG but what about the deeper analytics you see on ESPN? What about even past that?
-
Matchup Percentages
This is a fun one to conduct. It takes a lot of film watched and stats being read, but in the end, I can analyze data to show how well a player and team matches up with their opponent.
-
Recruiting Predictions
Using past statistics from every player on a roster, I can predict how well a certain player will do on that roster with that coach and playstyle.
-
Tailored Dashboards
This is my main priority. This is my prize possession. I can create tailored dashboards for not only players but coaches as well. This is a great recruiting tool as it shows any numbers or statistics chosen by a player or coach.
